- 1 C. Almond Flour
- 1 C. Coconut Flour
- 1/2 t. Baking Powder
Mix together and set aside.
- 1/2 C. Butter
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 t. Vanilla
- 1 C. Stevia Sweetener or Truvia (I prefer Truvia as it is not as bitter as Stevia, but I only use 1/2 C)
- 5 Eggs
- 1C. Chocolate chips (I use Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips)
- 1C. Walnuts, chopped
Beat together first four ingredients with mixer ’til smooth. Add eggs one at a time mixing in between. Then add dry ingredients to wet. Stir in chocolate chips and chopped walnuts (or whatever you want to use – all optional.
Bake in 13″x9″ greased pan on 350 degrees for 30 mins. Edges will be golden brown. Could use a slightly smaller pan for thicker bars, but be sure to increase baking time slightly. Cut into bars as you use them, store air-tight.
