Ingredients:

  • 2 cups white or brown rice
  • 2 limes
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • Salt

 

Directions:

  1. Prepare rice per instructions on bag.
  2. Fluff rice once cooked.
  3. Transfer rice to serving bowl.
  4. Mince cilantro.
  5. Mix cilantro into rice
  6. Add juice form limes, and mix.
  7. Add salt to taste.
